Check Out and Payment
- When all the desired items are in your cart, press “Check
Out” and fill out the form
- Choose delivery method (parcel locker or Pick Up at Hameleons
workshop)
- Choose the option for payment (Bank transfer or Cash, if you
are picking it up at our location)
- After filling out the form, you will receive an e-mail with
receipt of amount due
- Once you make the payment, we will start fulfilling your
order.
Shipping
- Delivery in Baltic States will be fulfilled by Omniva or DPD
- Delivery to Finland will be fulfilled by Smartpost (Itella) - minimum order amount 50 EUR
- Delivery to other EU countries will be fulfilled by DPD - minimum order amount 85 EUR. We are delivering to: Poland, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
- Delivery to any other country will be fulfilled by Latvia's
Post Office, but please contact us before
- We will process your order within 2-3 business day after the payment is received if all order goods will be in stock, if there will be a need to produce items or wait for delivery from distributor, than order can take 2-3 weeks
- Made-to-order items may take 5-7 days
to fulfill
- Tracking is available once the shipping company (Omniva, DPD, Itella or Latvia’s
Post office) processes the package and creates a tracking number
- In case of out-of-stock items, delays or late processing
times we will contact you directly
Returns and Refunds
- According to the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of
Latvia No. 207, you have the right to refuse the purchased product and return
it to us within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase (payment).
- If for some reason you would like to return purchased items
please contact us by filling out the contact form, calling or sending us an e-mail
- Article 12, part six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law
of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the consumer is responsible for
maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the return period.
We reserve the right to deny the buyer the right of return and/or to withhold a
compensation fee if the item is used and/or damaged, if it is not in its
original packaging, or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
- If you purchased the goods in our headquarters and paid
cash, we will refund you at our location with cash as well. If you purchased the
goods online, we will refund your money back to your bank account within 30 days
after you filled out the return request form. We reserve the right to withhold
or cancel the refund of the amount paid for the item, until we have received the
returned item/s or you have provided us with supporting documentation that the
item/s has been shipped back to us.
- Customer must cover the shipping cost of the returned item/s
- We do not refund shipping costs
- Please note that you can not return (if not otherwise
agreed) special orders, custom orders, furniture and personalized items.
